How do I use the Dell website?

Once you have finished using PC Site® to select the right Dell PC for you ordering your product is simple. This page will link direct to your chosen product on Dell´s website where you will have the chance to either customize your PC by clicking on the Personalise button or alternatively simply click on the Add to Basket button to proceed straight to checkout.

What else is on this page?

This page also has loads of cool features like image galleries, features, and even a 360º function so you look at the product from different angles.

You can also invest in an advanced or premium service plan, or find out more about financing by clicking on the Financing button on the right.

What if I get stuck?

If at any time you need extra help you will see another button to the right of the screen saying Need Help? Click here to chat with a Dell member of staff live online.

How do I pay?

Once you have proceeded beyond this point you have a chance to enter any money savings coupon numbers, check out our vouchers section to get the latest ones.

How long will my delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the options you select and your chosen method of payment, for fastest delivery Dell recommend paying by credit card.

A delivery date will be provided on your order confirmation document; however you can check the progress of your order at anytime on the Dell website.
