- a. Hold down the 'Shift' and 'Ctrl' keys at the same time.
- b. With these keys depressed, tap the Delete button. You will be presented with a list of options.
- c. Make sure that 'Clear Cache' (or something similar) is checked or selected
- d. Remove all other unnessassary check-marks
- e. Click 'OK'.
