LinkedIn users hit by spam attacks
Kaspersky has just released its monthly Lab report on global spam activity and revealed that users of the LinkedIn social network were the victims of one of the biggest spam attack in September 2010.
This particular attack involved a host of message being sent out with a malicious link to ZeuS, a program that many antivirus companies have been focussing on.
The message informed recipients that they had two unread messages but w the user clicked the link their computer was infected with one of the variations of the Trojan-Spy.Win32.Zbot (ZeuS) program.
