Serif’s call and help centre awarded top 50 status
Serif has been ranked in the UK top 50 for its customer service centre in Wilford, Nottingham after one of the country’s biggest ever mystery shopping exercises.
The award is all the more prestigious when you consider that Serif was up against some of the biggest beasts in retail, including the likes of Tesco, Thomas Cook, Aviva and American Express. Serif was given 200 phone calls and 100 emails as part of the secret test and came through with flying colours, so expect some excellent support once you’ve purchased your software.
Serif and Tribeka unite
Serif will now be selling its software on-demand in partnership with Tribeka, in Microsoft’s new retail stores.
Customers can go in store, browse the shelves, pick up the software package they would like and take it to the kiosk, where staff will burn a fully licensed copy onto DVD.
The process literally takes minutes and reduces costs and through the reduction of packaging, decreases the carbon footprint of the company.
