Dell reaches out to customers through social media
Ever since Dell set up its social media and community department in 2006, it has always been an advocate of using social media to reach customers.
It has been revealed that 1.5 million people follow Dell on Twitter and more than 3.5 million people have communicated with the company via Twitter and Facebook.
Dell’s Internet, spokesman Richard Binhammer said: “Wherever our customers are is where we want to be. The more places where we’re available to them, the better it is.”
