Samsung Series 5 Chromebooks set for July arrival in the UK
Pre-orders for the new Samsung Series 5 Chromebooks are now open, with delivery expected in July and August.
The keenly expected Chromebook by Samsung is now up for pre-order over at Amazon. Both the Wi-Fi only (£350) and the 3G version (£400) can be ordered there. The latter model also features a SIM card from Three and will ship a month later than the Wi-Fi model, which starts shipping on 1 July.
According to Amazon’s Samsung Series 5 page, the more expensive model “includes integrated 3G mobile-broadband connectivity, including a Three SIM card, as well as ultra-fast wireless-N networking for connecting to home or office LANs.”
There is no sign of Acer’s Chromebook on Amazon yet.
