"It features the stunning combination of an amazing screen, processor and graphics card that combine to make these laptops some of the finest and most desirable PCs"

Sony is well known for its wow factor in the entertainment sector. The new VAIO F Series laptop is a prime example of this.
It features the stunning combination of an amazing screen, processor and graphics card that combine to make these laptops some of the finest and most desirable PCs on the market. Unfortunately they also come with the price tag to match.
What we like best
It seems as though the F Series can do almost anything from Internet browsing and basic office work to video editing and game playing.
But this is THE laptop for watching movies. It has a real-wide 16.4-inch, scratch resistant, anti-reflection, high contrast HD display with a stunning 1920 x 1080-pixel resolution.
You will definitely have the ultimate home theatre if you chose to buy this laptop. It also contains a Blu-ray Disc reader and Dolby Home Theater v3 as well as high performance NVIDIA graphics.
These laptops come with powerful dual-core Core i5 processor, up to 8 Gb of DDR3 1066 MHz memory and up to 640 Gb of disk space. All these features are improved further still by the fact that the notebook is built to be energy efficient too.
The Vaio F Series laptops each have an ambient light sensor that adjusts screen brightness in lighter areas to conserve energy and a “display off” button that instantly turns the screen off to save power.
What we like least
The only qualm I have with this laptop is that it needs better quality speakers to match its high quality display.
The speakers are situated above the keyboard and let out a slightly weak sound when compared with the visuals.
Overall this laptop is the best performing Core i7 laptop around and is the most impressive portable cinema system I’ve ever seen. Its minor drawback is the audio, but as I said, it is minor.

Sony VAIO F Series maintains the VAIO paradigm of excellent quality computers, across the board there’s excellent processing power, graphics and visuals, the multimedia features on the Sony VAIO F Series are something to marvel at too.
Sony VAIO F Series

<pSony VAIO F Series will make a respectable office computer as well as a great laptop to enjoy yourself with at home. The 16.4 inch screen makes it a little bit cumbersome for transport, nobody will do you any favours if you whip this baby out on a crowded train, but the Sony VAIO F Series portable to the extent of A-B an excellent desktop replacement at either port of call.
Sony VAIO F Series also has an ambient light sensor, a feature slowly spreading across computer design through its sheer convenience. Sony VAIO F Series’ ambient light sensor will automatically manage brightness to save time and energy, as well as help with your eyes.
